When a vehicle enters, an entry record is created; on exit, duration and fee can be calculated. Plate information is entered manually or captured automatically if a plate recognition device is added later. Devices are not included in the software price and are quoted separately.
Payment records are linked to the same transaction. Cash collections are marked by staff; checking total payments at the end of the day becomes easier. You can generate reports with plate or date filters.

How is available space tracked?
Total capacity is defined in the parking tracking program. Each entry and exit record updates the occupancy count; available space is based on records, not estimates.
You can read how many vehicles remain inside and how many spaces are free during the day. If your business details are complete, this information can also be shown to customers on your parking page. Sensors or barrier devices are not required; they can be quoted separately if needed.
