Account Deletion

You can delete your ParkYeriBul account from the Settings screen in the mobile app. A 14-day grace period applies after your deletion request is received.

1) Steps to Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Go to Profile > Settings in the mobile app.
  2. In the Danger Zone section, tap Create Account Deletion Request.
  3. Complete the two-step confirmation.
  4. If you change your mind before the grace period ends, you can cancel the process with Cancel Request.

2) What Data Is Deleted?

When the request is processed, your account is soft-deleted, active sessions are terminated, and favorites linked to the account are cleared. Identity information is anonymized.

3) Legal Retention and Exceptions

Some transaction records that must be retained for legal obligations may be kept only for the duration and scope permitted by applicable law.
